Council of Young Israel Rabbis (CYIR) Counseling Center
Since 1990, the Council of
Young Israel Rabbis in Israel
has offered free, short term, one-on-one, professional counseling and therapy
to secular and religious individuals in need of assistance and support. CYIR's Counseling Center specializes in and assists with emotional and procedural issues related to conversion, shalom bayit, personal relationships,
rabbinic court decisions and other matters of concern.
Staffed by Hebrew and English speaking professional therapists and CYIR rabbis, the Counseling Center deals with halachic issues and helps individuals and families cope with such issues as:
- Marriage (pre-marriage)
- Divorce (get refusal)
- Family
- Parenting Issues
- Personal Relationships
- Shalom Bayit
- Conversion
- Religious/Rabbinic Problems
- Procedural Issues
