CYIR Counseling Center

CYIR: Council of Young Israel Rabbis in Israel offers a free service of confidential advice and short term therapy to individuals in need of assistance and support regarding conversion, shalom bayit, personal status, rabbinic court decisions and other matters of concern.

Staffed by Young Israel rabbis and professional therapists, the center deals with halachic and emotional problems around issues such as:

• Marriage
• Personal Status
• Shalom Bayit
• Miscellaneous

Russian Translator, Mrs. Assya Sandler, is available for help with language and for explaining cultural differences on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

This service is free and referrals are made by Batei Din, word of mouth and advertising.
